Working conditions:
- Contract type: Umowa zlecenia
- Net rate: 21-27 zł/hour net
- Employees under the age of 26 will receive +1.50 zł
- Monthly salary: ≈ 4600-6500 zł
- Number of hours per month: ≈ 220-240 hours
- Work schedule: 2 shifts of 12 hours, 3/3
- Accommodation: 300 zł (deducted from salary)
Additional information:
- Registration time is 7 working days from the date of arrival
- ZUS health insurance is provided by the employer
- Clothes and shoes are provided by the employer
- Medical examination 150 zł (deducted from the first salary)
- The company helps in obtaining a Residence Card and a Voivodeship invitation
Requirements:
- Men
- Age from 18 to 45 years
- Experience in machine operation of at least 1 year
- Experience in operating an injection molding machine or similar device
- Ability to operate mechanical devices and technical knowledge
- Knowledge of Polish language
- Skills in working with technical drawings
- Ability to learn and remember quickly, ability to work under pressure
Duties:
- Service of injection molding machines for the production of products of various shapes from thermoplastic and thermosetting plastics (parameter adjustment and regulation, matrix replacement, optimization of machine operation, independent start-up of production).
- Preparation, management and control of equipment that produces plastic products – pots, wagons, plastic bags, plastic shovels, sleds, decorations, etc.
- Retooling of machines according to the production plan
- Adjustment and control of injection parameters
